Who is Eligible?
All homeowners who are making qualifying improvements to their primary residence or second home are eligible. Good credit and the ability to repay are required, however all income levels are eligible.
All homeowners who are making qualifying improvements to their primary residence or second home are eligible. Residential loans are primarily for 1-2 family owner-occupied homes; 3-5 family owner-occupied buildings will be considered on a case-by-case basis; buildings with over 5 units will be considered for the commercial program.
Businesses making qualifying improvement to their properties are eligible for our commerical lease program.
